We can achieve low cost production as long as we have high-quality parts. We are adopting a strict quality control system, designed to findany error or failure before a product is made. It is necessary not only to inspect the finished products but also to use manufacturing machines and systems that will not cause any errors or failures. To do this we havebegun using various automatic inspecting machines, such as a wireterminal automatic inspecting machine, a mounting machine with a builtin image processor, ets. The sensors provided on the manufacturingmachines will instantly detect any defects. We are endeavoring to make radical reduction of the defective product rate by improving and developing better manufacturing machines.
We are making efforts to reduce the defect rate to zero.

We have improved our quality assurance system according to the requirement of ISO9000s so that we can supply products which satisfyall of the customer's requirements.
Toward this goal, all of the departments have established and utilized anongoing quality assurance system for our customers.

Quality Policy

1. The products to be supplied to customers must meet our Customer's quality requirements. This is the only reasonable basis for quality assurance.
2. We will maintain and improve conditions, so as to constantly ensure the highest quality level.
3. All of the associated organizations must carry out the same policy so as to satisfy customer's requests.
